Igbos in search of a credible leader – Ohaneze















The top Igbo Social-Cultural Group; Ohaneze Ndigbo has disclosed its need to have a credible and dependable leader nominated to represent them selflessly in the National level, says the vice president of the group.

This was revealed when Celestine Okeke - vice president Ohaneze Ndigbo led the officials of the group in Abia to confer the award of "grand patron" of Ohaneze Ndigbo, on an Abuja  based businessman; Chief Charles Nzechi, in Umuahia yesterday.


Okeke added that the current politicians of Igbo extraction have failed to represent them adequately. He wen on to say; "we still can go out to fish out somebody who can be useful to the cause and interest of an Igboman in national politics."
