Play games with your frontal lobe
Whether you’re deliberating a chess move or bluffing at cards, you’re also giving the frontal lobe, the area of your brain that handles executive function, a workout. “The frontal lobe is particularly vulnerable to degeneration and the effects of aging,” says Dr. Kosik. Call centre staff working for broadband ISP Virgin Media UK have reportedly been sent home after a cluster of COVID-19 cases were discovered.
The work base is the building on Maxim Park, where Virgin is on the upper floor of the Sitel site in Motherwell (North Lanarkshire, Scotland) ,
This spread, which ironically started with the ‘NHS Test and Trace’ team that occupy the same site.
The NHS team, where the outbreak began, are present on the ground floor but people from all floors tend to intermingle. The building itself is home to around 200 people.
What a calamity!
