Taking it easy.... it's not your fault but the metabolism

We are told that:
"As we get older, we tend to gain fat and lose muscle. This explains why your metabolism may slow down as you get older. In general, men tend to have a faster metabolism because they have more muscle mass, heavier bones and less body fat than women"
However we can revert this feeling of bloating and unnecessary weight gain.
Add a healthy meal plan and detox plan

Keeping your brain active

I was reading through THEHEALTH.COM pages

I found this interesting. Hie true is it though? Do you agree?

Play games with your frontal lobe

Whether you’re deliberating a chess move or bluffing at cards, you’re also giving the frontal lobe, the area of your brain that handles executive function, a workout. “The frontal lobe is particularly vulnerable to degeneration and the effects of aging,” says Dr. Kosik. A study published in 2015 in Brain Imaging Behavior found that adults in middle age who routinely worked on puzzles and played board games had higher brain volume in the area responsible for cognitive functions, including memory, than those who didn’t play games. These weird brain exercises can help you get smarter.
