Managing weight ia as important as loosing weight.

Hi All

The world has recently grown into a twist of "healthy eating and weight lose". However, lots of different ideas have been evolving the system. The question here is, how achievable is this?
Weight loss is not an issue to starve, or to live a boring life. It is a "get up" and get your life back. Hence managing the weight gives you a whole new focus.

The cons of weight management makes me think it's therapeutic. This can be achieved in various; for instance Zomba, swimming, daily walks and mostly keeping tab of your intakes; eating what your body needs and more filling meals in small portion and often.

The idea of weight loss and managing weigh is not strictly for the good looks, it helps promote healthier lifestyle and prevents of most of the chronic health conditions. Relaxing regularly is a good therapy to build resilience towards craves and unnecessary urges to snack.

This may not be easy, a lot of hard work is required, but the three main things to help with weight loss and management are:

Building your metabolism; early breakfast and early dinners

Understanding food components; check the label, more fiber and and less carb.

Avoiding temptation; excessive snacking
